Math in 5th grade unit one

I like math. It is one of my favorite subjects. I like unit 1 because it was fun and easy and I learned alot like square roots and rows. I guess I like math better than writing!

How to change a fortune?

I'm reading a book about this girl who's family is very poor and her father has been talling her stories about a man called The Man on the Moon. The girl wants to go to this mountain called the never ending mountain and ask the old man on the moon to change her fortune. She wants to help her family so they can have money for food and water and clothes. Can she change her fortune? When I find out I'll tell you.

Summer

This summer I was in Main and I went to the beach . At the beach I swimming like normal until a big piece of sea weed got caught on me . I was screaming mad and I was splashing around like crazy until I got it off  and then I went on with my day.
